Dear Dublin Families,

As our students gear up for exam week—the Parent Association is planning a Study Break on Tuesday afternoon, 12/16 to keep spirits high!

There are two ways you can help:

1. Donate funds to help us purchase supplies for a cupcake bar. If we receive surplus donations, we’ll add additional snack options (link to donate to PA events here).

2. Volunteer to help with setup, serving, and clean-up (Link to Sign-Up Genius).

Winterfest volunteers are in charge of explaining the rules of the games to the participants, keeping score, and making it fun! More information about Winterfest can be found on the Parents Page, here. Sign up to volunteer here. 

Volunteer to help with ushering and refreshments during intermission for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Shows. Ushers should be ready 30 minutes before showtime and refreshments should be dropped off in the FAB lobby 30 minutes before showtime. Sign up using this link.
