Wellness Tip of the Week: Dancing!

Welcome back, Dublin! 

The next DubWell Committee meeting will be Monday, December 5, at lunch in the Lehmann Conference Room. We will be gathering feedback about Wellness Circles and looking at designs for mental health resource posters. All are welcome to attend!

The DubWell Tip of the Week is about just dancing, not only what you gain physically from dancing, but also its benefits to the brain as a result of exercising intellectual skills required to learn steps and think about connecting different movements.
