Family Weekend – Next Week!

Family Weekend – Next Week!

We’re excited to welcome you to campus for Family Weekend, happening October 9–11, 2025! This is a wonderful chance to connect with your students’ teachers, enjoy time together on campus, and get a feel for daily life at School.

Here’s a quick look at what to expect:

  • Thursday kicks things off with registration and faculty conferences
  • Friday is a full day! Join us for Morning Meeting, meet for faculty conferences, and don’t miss the Arts Showcase in the evening. Parents are also invited to a reception just for you after the Arts Showcase!
  • Saturday features mini classes (follow your student’s schedule!), a fun Harvest Festival for younger siblings and students, more faculty conferences, and athletic games in the afternoon. It’s a great way to wrap up the weekend before Fall Break officially begins.

You’ll also have plenty of time to talk with faculty, meet other families, and learn more about upcoming academic and travel opportunities.

Help Keep the Parent Café Stocked!

The Parent Café will be open throughout the weekend as a welcoming space to grab a snack and chat with other parents. We're kindly asking families to donate baked goods or snacks to help keep the café cozy and well-stocked. If you're able to bring something, thank you! It’s always a hit with families and students. Sign up here.

A Few Extras:

  • There's an optional online financial aid session on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 7:00 PM if you're starting to think about college planning.
  • An additional college session is available Friday evening for families of 11th graders (Class of 2027).
  • Fall Break begins after Saturday’s games. Boarding students should return by 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15. Classes resume Thursday, October 16.

We can’t wait to see you on campus soon and please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!
