The Doug E Fresh Dublin School Film Festival will return to campus for the fourth year running this Sunday. Hosted by Courage Duty Team Leader Doug Wilcox, this acclaimed event invites students to explore storytelling through digital media by developing a short film to share with the community. Submissions may explore any topic and genre appropriate for viewing by the school community and should run 5-10 minutes in length.
“Wilcox shares that “students seem to really enjoy telling stories, and they are drawn to digital media more than other mediums. I thought, what better way to honor that voice than to get out into the community and have them make movies?”
Screenings will happen on the big screen in the Lousie Shonk Kelly Recital Hall on Sunday evening. We hope to share some of the films in the next edition of the Quad!
