1. Academic Office Closure

The Academic office will be closed from June 15 - 30. The fall semester schedule will be built in early July. Students will be notified when they can log into the LMS to see the first iteration of their schedules in mid-July. Schedules will be refined as needed over the summer.

2. Summer Assignments

Summer assignments will be published by early next week. They will be posted on Commons and on the school website.  All English classes have summer assignments which are due at the first class session in the fall. All advanced and AP classes have assignments which must be emailed to the instructor by August 15. This is a hard deadline and is a criterion for admission to the course. Extensions are only granted by prior permission for emergencies. Students who have enrolled in an advanced or AP course should plan time for these assignments in July. 

3. Summer Communications Timeline 

Director of Enrollment Management Jackie Kenney and her team will be reaching out in the coming weeks to share about major communications to keep an eye out for during the summer months.
