The ESL 9 class culminated their study of Colonial Boston with a trip to Boston and Concord. For a day, history came alive as students walked the footsteps of America’s past, complete with actors dressed up in traditional Colonial garb. They traversed the Freedom Trail in Boston from the Boston Common to Faneuil Hall. After a bite to eat at Quincy Market, they followed the events of April 19, 1775 along Battle Road at the Minuteman National Site. They ended their day at the Old North Bridge, where the colonists turned the British back to Boston.
