Photographer: There will be a professional photographer at Graduation. The photos will be available on the Dublin School SmugMug as soon as we receive them from the photographer. When the photographer is setting up his photo, we ask that you please do not distract the seniors. We want them looking at one camera. There will be plenty of time after the ceremony to take photos.
Parking: There is plenty of parking using the William North Entrance. It may be more convenient for you to try to park closer to your child’s dorm for packing after the ceremony. Please notify Anne Mackey at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any handicap needs.
Invitations/Announcement: There is no limit to the number or guest that can attend the graduation ceremony. Each student will be given 12 invitations/announcement after March break. If you need more please contact Anne Mackey at email@example.com.
Senior Dinner: Seating is assigned for the senior dinner. You will receive your assignment upon arrival to the tent. Please remember that seating is limited for this event.
Graduation: Seating is first come, first served. We ask that if you plan to save seats, you must remain with the seats and not put items such as blankets, ribbon etc. on seats and then leave the tent. The Faculty, staff, board of trustees and underclassmen have reserved seating on one side, which will be marked. There is no other reserved seating.
