Food at Dublin
The food services at Dublin are a central part of the Dublin community and, for many students, part of the educational experience. Unlike others, we do not outsource our food services. As much as possible, we buy locally using food purveyors that support New England Family Farms and New England Fisheries. We also support “Equal Exchange and Fair Trade,” so that rice farmers in Thailand and indigenousness people of the Himalayas can adequately support their families and continue to produce superior quality foods. We cook from scratch and not out of cans. But mostly, our kitchen staff loves cooking for our students.
