The first twenty minutes saw Dublin defending well and creating one or two chances but they could only keep Four Rivers at bay for so long. Four Rivers eventually broke the deadlock after twenty minutes and once the floodgates were open they couldn't be stopped. Some excellent attacking play by Four Rivers broke down Dublin's defense time and again. The final tally was Dublin 0 Four Rivers 7.
Dublin and Pioneer Valley played a good game in which Pioneer's stand out defense earned them a draw. The story of the game was Dublin attacking and Pioneer Valley keeping the ball out of the net with some heroic goalkeeping and last ditch defending. Dublin dominated possession of the ball thru their center midfielders Ian Corkhill and Eric Gu, who kept setting up Dublin's forwards but even with a total of 19 shots including 10 shots on target, Dublin couldn't score. The game ended Dublin 0 Pioneer Valley 0.
After going 2 ahead in the first 15 minutes, Putney faded for the rest of the half. Dublin pressed well and created chance after chance until Henry Underwood finally punished Putney's defense for trying to pass around their own box to make it 2-1. Dublin had two other 1v1s with the keeper that they couldn't convert and would pay for it in the second half. Putney's best player came to life in the second half scoring 1 and assisting 2 to make it 5-1, and after Dublin missed a penalty late in the game, the game ended Putney 5 Dublin 1.
Dublin came out on top of the all Dublin affair after a good game that saw all three goals come in the first half. Iain Corkhill headed in a cross from Andrew Edmunds early in the first half. Edmunds went on to score himself minutes later from inside the box and Lawrence Chen finished off the scoring after a great solo run, beating three defenders and finishing with his left foot. Dublin Christian Academy pushed for the comeback, with Nick Caesar-Kim pulling off a great save on a 1v1 with the striker, but Dublin defended well and the game ended Dublin 3 DCA 0.
In an intense game with lots of goals, Dublin ended up falling just short of a comeback when the final whistle was blown.
The first half saw Hyde School score from a corner, a cross, and a long ball that ended up bouncing over the Dublin goalkeeper. Dublin's confidence started to grow after breaking through Hyde's defense time after time, and they eventually pulled one back early in the second half through an amazing volley from outside the 18 by Andrew Edmunds.
Hyde scored another goal from a corner before Will Armstrong scored directly from a 35 yard free kick to make it 4-2. Both teams went down to 10 men after a red card was shown to a Hyde player and then Will Armstrong, both for arguing with an official.
Dublin controlled the game from then on and created chance after chance until Will Orr scored a brilliant goal by beating two defenders and tucking the ball in the far corner, making the Dublin fans go wild. Unfortunately the comeback couldn't be fully completed and the game ended Dublin 3, Hyde School 4.
In a very competitive affair, Dublin eventually lost out to a standout performance by an Eagle Hill forward. Dublin started off the scoring with a great finish by Salah Maalim but Eagle Hill fought back with one forward scoring 3 in quick succession. Will Armstrong finished off the first half scoring with an emphatic penalty kick to make it 3-2 at the break.
Everything seemed to be going in Dublin's favor in the second half after Eagle Hill was punished with a red card and a penalty foul after a defender saved a shot with his hand. Henry Underwood successfully converted the penalty to tie the game up and Tim Bernard pulled off a great penalty save to keep Eagle Hill at bay but Eagle Hill's forward eventually proved unstoppable and scored 3 more in the second half to end the game at 6-3.
Dublin controlled the game with good passing and created lots of goal scoring opportunities in a fairly straightforward game against Kimball Union Academy. First half goals from Henry Underwood, Leo Zhou, and Iain Corkhill put Dublin in a good position heading into the second half. Will Wei and Lawrence Chen sealed the win with second half goals.
Dublin missed chance after chance in the first half until Exavion Clerveau finally snuck one in from a tight angle. A few minutes later Henry Underwood beat the last defender and tucked the ball neatly in the far corner to make it 2-0, but High Mowing scored a goal right before half to bring the game to 2-1.
Dublin started strong in the second half and their pressure on goal payed off with both Salah Maalim and Will Wei finishing from close range to make it 4-1. High Mowing pushed a lot of numbers forward for the last 10 minutes and got one back with 3 minutes remaining but it was too little too late.
All in all, Dublin should have put the game away in the first half with all of their chances but still managed to win fairly comfortably.
