Boys Lacrosse travelled to Maine to play in a three way scrimmage with White Mountain School and Gould Academy. Given the tough early season weather, this was the first time to the team was on a full field, or playing outside for that matter. Both games presented unique challenges and learning experiences, and the day was a perfect start to the season for both our returners and first time players.
The team showed strong effort and willingness to adapt on the fly, but was challenged by the transition game and seeing full-field situations live for the first time this season. Goal scorers included senior captain Cam Harrington (Francestown, NH), senior Emil Hristache (Peterborough, NH) , and junior Fab Joseph (Easton, PA). Other impact players included senior captain Mark Franklin (Keene, NH), sophomore Ian Baker (Boston, MA), and freshman Nate Gryczka (Keene, NH). Sophomore Idriss Traore (New York, NY) had a strong showing in the cage and made sharp passes in the clearing game.
