Learning about and from one another...

I have been enjoying working with our Administrative Team here to put together a day of professional development for our staff on March 28th. We are going to spend the morning working with a team from Visions, an organization that works on issues of inclusion and diversity with communities like ours. We have worked with them before and I am excited that they will returning to campus. For the afternoon, Sarah Doenmez has put together internal professional development classes in something we are calling an "unconference." Various members of our staff have agreed to share some of their personal expertise and the rest of us can choose which sessions to attend. I love the variety of offering and thought it might be interesting to share these with you.
