The Dublin Girls' Varsity basketball team traveled to Massachusetts to take on Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School. Dublin struggled offensively in the first few minutes of the game; however once they found their range, each of the players were able to contribute to the win. Co-captian Stella Davis (Dublin, NH) '18 continued with the hot hand, scoring 38 of Dublin's 70 points. Tatiyana Dunkers (Newark, NJ) '19 energized her team with rebounds, steals, assists, and adding 4 points of her own. When PFSJ's defense collapsed on Davis, it opened up offensive opportunities for her teammates. Bette Imhoff (Dublin, NH) '18 found space in the paint to drive the ball, resulting in 14 points, and co-captian Sabrina Hayden (Marlborough, NH) '17 found her range, allowing her to add 6 points to the team total. The girls hope to build on their winning streak momentum as they go into the RVAL playoffs next week.
