Team Philosophy

Whether you have never touched a stick before or you have played on a club team elsewhere, Dublin School Girls’ Lacrosse will challenge you. The program emphasizes conditioning, skill development, teamwork, strategy and tactical understandings, leadership development, and fun. Players set goals at the start of the season and meet with the coaches individually throughout the season to continue to evaluate progress and growth. Players are encouraged to push themselves physically and mentally in order to be the best lacrosse player they can be, and instilled with values of enthusiasm, teamwork, and effort. We play on the beautifully manicured Memorial Field with the prestigious Mount Monadnock as our backdrop.
