Team Philosophy

At Dublin we recognize the value of team sports in a student's life. While wins and championships are nice, the real pay-off comes through the exposure athletes gain from working together toward a common goal. Leadership skills are honed. Confidence is built. 

Dublin School Basketball Maxims:

• We will play the hardest.
• We will raise our teammates the most.
• We will give and earn maximum respect.

School support for the program is strong. A healthy contingent of students and faculty attend away games, while home games are a true event at Dublin. Whitney Gymnasium fills up with fans and contests often include several entertaining fan-related half-time events, such as half-court shot contest, blind shooting, and a relay race.

League and Success

Our season, which runs from early December to the end of February, features a full schedule, with games every Wednesday and Saturday. The team plays in the SENE conference with s schedule made up of similar sized varsity clubs from all over New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island.  The Wildcats have made appearances in the NEPSAC Class D and SENE Tournaments.
