Dublin School is beginning an exciting new chapter as we launch the search for our next Head of School, who will officially take on the role beginning July 1, 2026. As we move forward in this important process, we welcome all members of the Dublin community to stay connected and involved.

To ensure a thoughtful and comprehensive search, Dublin School has engaged Resource Group 175 (RG175), a distinguished consulting firm known for its leadership placement work with schools across the country and around the world. They also were the consulting form that brought us Brad Bates, seventeen years ago. Leading the search are seasoned consultants Molly King and John Green, whose extensive experience in independent school leadership will help guide us toward an outstanding candidate.
