And before you ask, Dublin alums, YES students still shovel snow, but our growing campus needs some modern tools to make sure everyone is safe as we keep up with our busy Dublin school days. And get out on the slopes and trails to enjoy this beautiful snow!

Nancy Lehmann Haynes, the oldest daughter of Dublin School founders Paul and Nancy Lehmann, passed away on April 6, 2023. Born on August 22, 1937 in Peterborough, NH, Nancy grew up on Dublin’s campus and at one point was the only girl who attended Dublin School.
"Who owns the problem?" That was the question beloved Academic Dean, Pam Snitko would ask both students and faculty when they entered her office to discuss a current dilemma. Pam was all about ownership and accountability and generously led by example before her death 21 years ago this month.

In 2010, beloved teacher and honorary graduate Jan Haman H '16, P '80, '82, '83, GP '15 started writing articles for our weekly newsletter called "The World According to Jan." The idea came from Head Brad Bates, who approached Jan with the idea of writing a column of her own discretion about whatever moved her during the week that might also tie to the past. Being a teacher at Dublin School for forty years, NO ONE had more stories or a deeper understanding of the invisible links connecting the people and places of Dublin's past and present.
