be where you are

Dublin School is a boarding and day school on 500 acres in Southwestern New Hampshire. Our students, faculty and staff are curious, kind and adventurous.  With a diverse set of program offerings -- Advanced Topics in all subject areas, 17 Athletic Teams, AstroPhotography, Recording Studio, Ski Trails and Slopes, and so much more -- We strive to be the best small boarding school in America.

Be where you are...

In a thoughtful place

With intention, we think about what we ask you to do each day. Together we create a place where you can strive and grow.

With Kindness

Being in a community where kindness is truly valued is simply better! People at Dublin take that extra minute to think beyond themselves when they engage with each other, and those minutes add up to something special.

With a sense of adventure

We really mean it when we say you will try many new things at Dublin. Build your own adventure.

In a creative place

Creativity is an unavoidable outcome of curiosity.  Dublin students are curious.

Our collective sense of place defines our community.

It’s the blending of a unique collection of qualities and characteristics – visual, cultural, academic, social, and environmental – that lend to the distinct sense of belonging that occurs at Dublin. But mostly, it’s our people.

The community and the kindness made all my new experiences here more meaningful.

"I enjoy any moments and opportunities that Dublin School gives to me. Stepping into new terra incognitas here, I am able to adventure without boundaries."

I started Dublin as a dancer, and I will leave as a choreographer, performer, and student of the arts. The Dublin dance and performing arts programs have encouraged me to leave my comfort zone and come into the spotlight.

Dublin is a learning space unlike any other I’ve seen. The community is accepting and has equal opportunity for all.

Mr. Villaamil

I attended the Uruguayan Institute for Teachers, graduating as a High School History teacher. Being bilingual in Spanish and French and having a degree in Education, I was hired by the French Embassy in Uruguay to teach Spanish in France. Once I finished my contract, I moved to the United States to get my Master´s degree in Education and teach Spanish and History at the Dublin School. I currently teach History, coach cross-country running and enjoy the students in Dublin very much.

My interest in science began as a young child as I learned to question and explore the natural world. After high school, I went to Mount Holyoke College, where I studied biochemistry, led trips with the Outing Club, sang in the Glee Club, and danced. It was there that I found my passion for education.  I enjoyed time volunteering in local elementary schools and adult education programs, developing curriculum to bolster their science programs. Upon graduating from Mount Holyoke, I got my Master’s in Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and found my way to Dublin School. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy hiking, skiing, dancing, singing, and spending time with friends and family.

Our students lack no access to information, so witnessing them develop into critical thinkers and flex muscles of compassion and empathy in discussions to better make sense of the human condition is a form of peacemaking.

Dublin's academic environment is adept at making sure that the environment in which this work is done is welcoming, supportive, and courageous.

I live in Monadnock Dormitory, and let's face it, I am the luckiest dog in the world! I'll also be in the library, ready to greet my friends there, too.

I live in Corner House Dormitory with Ms. and Mr. Stone. In addition to dorm duty, I like to explore outside during the day!

I'm Marlo! I live on campus with Ms. Browne and family. I'm a smiley pup with the best strut around!

Huey Peyton-Levine

I love to visit campus with my sweet people, the Peyton-Levine family! I, obviously, love bounding around Upper Field in the snow.
