Marguerite Ladd grew up in Vermont, but has recently moved back to New England after living in New York City for the past seven years. She has been working in education for the last decade and through all of the students she has taught, the teams she has been a part of, and the programs she led, she has found that her true passion lies in working with students in a residential setting. Her previous appointments have included working as the Dean of Students at The Walden School serving ages 9-18 and as a Project Manager for Oscar and Grammy award winning composer, Tan Dun.
Her favorite hobbies include listening to live music, yoga, cooking, skiing, Scottish dance, and photography.
