I am very outgoing and I like to try many new things. I have played many sports and I can be very competitive when given a chance to rise to the challenge. I enjoy painting and creating things. In my spare time I enjoy reading, knitting, and anything artistic of any kind.
What book has made you think the most?: In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, Bad Girl by Michele Jaffe
If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?: The ability to fly. I have always been interested in what different parts of the world, and the country hold. It would be so nice to just be able to fly there at any given moment, regardless of weather, time, etc.
If your life had a theme song, what would it be?: I don't believe it would be one song, but it would be many. These songs would be the soundtrack to my life. Each moment would be devoted to a song and how I felt in that moment. These would include everything from Cake's The Distance for drive through sports, Bittersweet Symphony by the Verve, Pictures of You by The Cure and several small ones like I'm Gonna Be by the Proclaimers and many new-aged tunes that would each be played a few seconds to define each moment of my life.
What teacher has had the most impact on you? How were they special?: My eleventh grade world history teacher. He taught me that hard work didn't always mean you received the grade you wanted. That high school gave you the tools and you could take those tools with you into the future and use them to build a life and an understanding of the world around you, it was just up to you to use them. Many times I would come crying after class complaining about a grade which was not bad, but I was frustrated that I had made simple mistakes. I have learned that you won't always even remember that grade, but those moments are what made you stronger.
How would your friends describe you in 3 words?: outgoing, athletic, energetic
You are hosting a dinner party and must invite 3 famous people. Who would you choose and why?: Leonardo DiCaprio- He has made many movies from since he was very young to his current age. Many covered very controversial characters some placed in history while others with different mental capacities. I think he would make a great conversationalist.
Ronaldinho- I would want him to teach me how to juggle and meg 3 people at the same time in between eating a four course meal and dessert
Michelle Akers- She played in many world cups with a disease that would dehydrate a normal person from simple tasks like walking, and she played an entire soccer game! She tore both of her acl's and continued to play soccer. She is one of the most influential women in women's sports and having a conversation with her about drive and determination would make anyone inspired.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role as you?: Rachel McAdams. I think she is very funny and can play a role of mean girl, and sweet girl next door. I think she could capture me in my prime as a young adult and even better now as a somewhat calm, yet fun adult.
