Very light wind Monday was perfect opportunity to practice roll tacking.  A roll tack changes a 420's direction through the wind faster and with a higher exit speed than a regular or 'flat' tack.  Roll tacking is not an intuitive move, and done right the boat crew WILL get their backsides wet as the boat edge on which they sit rolls under water.  Practice is essential to success.  Here Aidan, on the left, is instructing Irena through one of her early rolling attempts in the driver position - and she is nailing it!
