Boys Lacrosse vs. The Hyde School (ME) - Loss (0-8) - April 6, 2016

Facing a physically dominant and more experienced Hyde squad, the Dublin fell quickly behind but showed tenacity and heart along with clear improvement as the game progressed. Defense took a step forward, with senior Sebastian McLinden leading the way. Senior Hyelom Love was also notable for his play on ground balls and in the clearing game. Freshman Goalie Idriss Traore made some incredible saves, several times stopping Hyde players right on the doorstep.

The offense struggled to find its rhythm against the pressure of the Hyde defenders, but started to get some better looks in the second half. Top offensive threats were senior Jordan Fererras and junior Ben Simon, however the Hyde goalie was able to make a few key saves and keep us off of the scoreboard.

The game presented a clearer picture of some of the areas of our game that need work, and we will address them in our upcoming practices
