Dublin's JV Girls survived a nail-biter against Kimball Union on Saturday, February 6. The Wildcats overcame a six point second half deficit to beat a tenacious opponent. After a slow first half, in which Dublin held a 12-7 lead, Kimball Union exploded in the second half, at one point going on an 8-0 run. Dublin kept its poise, and with the support of a strong crowd, pulled to within one point with five minutes remaining. After trading baskets, and the lead, with KUA, Mia Brady '18 (Hancock, NH) scored the go-ahead basket for Dublin, with minutes left to play. With two starters in foul trouble, Dublin had to rely on contributions from its bench, particularly those of Katia Dermott '17, who pulled down ten rebounds, and scored key baskets down the stretch, ending with seven points. Leading scorer for Dublin was Seo In Cho '18, with 9. Amani Natson '18, led Dublin with 12 rebounds.
